Those who are moving to a new address within Saga City must file a Notification of Change of Address at Saga City Hall (Main office, Branch Offices) within 14 days of when they start living at their new address.
Things to Bring When Filing your Notification
○ Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (Includes items considered Resident Cards.)
※If a proxy will be doing the procedures on your behalf, a Power of Attorney Form is required. In addition the proxy must bring documents verifying their identity (such as a driver’s license.)
※It is necessary for everyone who is moving (All family members) to bring their Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (Includes items considered as Resident Cards.)
